Тelenor makes UPGRADE service even more accessible 

Telenor makes its UPGRADE service which allows subscribers to replace their handsets every year, even more accessible. 
 
By April 30, 2018, all users that have leased handsets with Telenor from the UPGRADE service list and had not opted for the service at the moment of contract signing may join the service retroactively. The offer is valid for all clients who had signed their mobile subscription contracts and leased a handset within the UPGRADE range of devices after September 2, 2017. These users must pay all the UPGRADE service monthly fees for the period since the contract signing and the moment they join the service.

With the UPGRADE, Telenor subscribers may replace their handsets with a new device of their choice every year and the company is the only tat offers such service on the Bulgarian market. With additional fee of only BGN 6.99 and after payment of minimum 12 fees and leasing installments, customers may return their used device without paying the outstanding leasing installments and buy a new one smartphone of their choice. UPRADE customer may also choose to pay for their new device in cash or to purchase it on a 24-month lease. In both cases users must extend their mobile services subscription. Users may opt out of the UPGRADE service at any time with no penalties and may choose not to use it after they replace their handsets.

Presently, the UPGRADE is available to all Telenor residential users with a 24-month subscription for a Total mobile plan and a two-year lease of select models of mobile handsets.
